Designing a premiere for the people who aren’t on the carpet
Nine hundred guests see a premiere. A million people see the recap. We design for both.

A premiere is an event and a piece of content at the same time. The guests should have a good night, and the recap should make everyone else wish they had been there.
Shoot it like a film
We plan camera positions the way we would on set: a wide, a steadicam on the carpet and a stills photographer who knows the cast.
Cut it the same night
Two editors work outside in a van. The recap goes online before the after-party finishes, while people are still talking about it.

Why we cut the trailer before we shoot the poster
The trailer tells you what the film feels like. The poster should agree with it, so we do them in that order.
